This is a Sigtronics Intercom SPA-400, Serial Number 6035223.  This item was removed during an installation project at our facility.  This item is being sold "As Is" as we have no ability to bench check the unit.  Sub this item for yours in a plug n play situation or use it for parts to repair a unit that is not functioning.
