This bowl extension has the spout so you can add oil or water with the mixer running, keeping you safe away from the moving agitator.  This is tin plated steel. It does have some slight tin wear as shown in pictures. Please see pictures for condition of item. These fit the Hobart A200 classic bowls. May fit others. Check out the dimensions in pictures
