All photos are of the exact stamp on auction.  It seems to maybe be mis-printed or mis-perforated as the Mail Car is not centered between the perforations. I don't know if this is considered an error.

It has been partially attached to an orange piece of paper - maybe it was an envelope?  The other about 2/3s of the stamp adhesive has not been harmed.  See photos for a better description of this. Enlarge the photos to best judge condition.
