Walt Disney Showcase Collection Baloo

The original box is not included. The bottom is marked Grand Jester Stuidios and Produced by Enesco, LLC. It looks like a couple of pieces of the skirt in the back might have broke off and been glued back on. Otherwise it looks like it is in good condition. It measures about 8 1/2" tall. Please look over the pictures carefully for reference.
