This product is a professionally refurbished item which has been carried out by certified engineers and is in perfect working order and may have some cosmetic wear, such as minor scratches or marks. It can come in its original packaging which may have slight damage such as tears, compressions or signs of wear. Alternatively it may come in a brown box for protection and packaging use, and may not include the manual however can be downloaded online. All headphone are professionally cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaning tank so rest assured the products will be clean. No Extra buds are included.

We Provide Free Delivery on all items to UK Mainland Only which is dispatched within 1 working day. For Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland, Europe there will be a surcharge and delivery will take longer but please contact us so we can provide you with a cost before you make the purchase.

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery for smaller items under 10. Yodel 72 for items which are above 20 and Yodel 48 for bigger items. Ordering with Class Electronics is quick and simple, and if you wish to purchase express delivery this can be purchased on checkout.

If for any reason you do not receive your order when expected, please contact us. As delivery services are not 100% guaranteed, particularly during busy periods such as xmas, we do ask that you allow for an extra 1-2 days for delivery. If after a couple of days your order has still not reached you, contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

We accept 30 days no hassle returns but the buyer must pay full cost of shipping the item back. We take extreme care to ensure that goods are examined for damage before packaging and sending. However, we understand that goods may be damaged in transit and in this case we offer a fast, replacement for any damaged item at our cost. We expect such incidents to be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery to enable us to process your replacement/refund as quickly as possible. If you are not happy with your item for any other reason, you may send it back to us in the original condition and packaging. As we deal with refurbished items the box the item comes in maybe damaged or may not come in its original box also please read the description as we sell graded items which is stated in the description so if you purchased a refurbished item please do not expect a sealed brand new item.
