Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship online purchases Australia wide.

How long until my item is dispatched?

In most cases, orders made before 2 PM will be dispatched the same day or within 24 hours.

In some cases, handling time may take longer. If this is the case, the specific handling time will be displayed in the listing.

How long until I receive my order?

Unless you live in a remote area, most orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days. Remote areas may take a little longer.

We use Australia Post, Couriers Please and other courier services for standard, registered and express shipping.

How can I pay for my item?

Payment is completed securely through eBay checkout using the payment options eBay makes available at the time of purchase.

Payment options may include PayPal, credit card, debit card and other options shown by eBay checkout.

Please complete payment through eBay so your order can be packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Can I return my item?

Yes. We accept returns on damaged, faulty or incorrect orders for up to 30 days.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us through eBay messages so we can help resolve the issue.

Changed your mind?

If you change your mind, the item may be returned within 30 days, provided it is still brand new, unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

The item must include all original tags, protective plastics, manuals, accessories and original packaging. If any tags, manuals, protective plastics or original packaging have been removed, damaged or are missing, we will not be able to accept the change of mind return.

A $15 restocking fee applies to change of mind returns for items that included free shipping.

Any express shipping or upgraded delivery charges paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded for change of mind returns.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless eBay or the listing states otherwise.
