This is a brand new reproduction printed circuit for a HK with the VDO style Instrument Cluster. 

UPDATE: The manufacturing process has been revised owing to customer feedback.  The substrate has been increased in thickness to provide more stiffness such that it is now similar to the original. The overlay colour has been revised to a darker green.  I am always looking at way to improve the product, thank you to all those who have contributed feedback.

Unlike the original Mylar substrate which is prone to de-laminating these are produced from a custom polyimide composite.  The 1oz copper is bonded to the polyimide substrate much better than the original. The polyimide is equally as flexible as the original and will handle temperature extremes well beyond what is required. To make them I scanned an original at high resolution and then hand traced every curve in great detail  The curved shapes were taken into Printed Circuit Board design software, all together it took over 20 hours.  I had a prototype produced before tweaking the final design which fits the dash frame perfectly.  It has been a labour of love, to produce a reproduction part that fits perfectly out out performs the original!

The vehicle compatibility feature within eBay does not make it possible to accurately outline which vehicles this fits.  This circuit is based on the original circuit VS 10459 which was fitted to the vast majority of HKs that were produced.  It is suitable for vehicles fitted with idiot lights such as Belmont as well as vehicles fitted with gauges such as a GTS.  There was another printed circuit for produced for the HK by Flexdrive Instruments Pty with the number VS 10550 it was not fitted to many vehicles, if you have one of these please send me a message as I do have a reproduction of these available.
