Charming antique Italian micro mosaic brooch featuring a delicate dove holding an olive branch, a timeless symbol of peace. This exquisite piece dates from the mid-19th century and is typical of souvenirs collected during the Grand Tour. The brooch is set in a gilded pomponne (gilded brass) frame, measuring 3.4 cm (1.3 in) in diameter.
