Plug it in, connect it to your 2.4GHz WiFi and set it up in the My Uniden+ app. Auto motion tracking keeps moving subjects in frame, and pre-motion recording captures 4 seconds before each event. Footage saves to a microSD card or the free 7-day rolling Uniden Cloud. For a fixed camera in another room, add the App Cam X24.

There's no battery to charge. Plug the camera into power, scan the QR code in the My Uniden+ app and it joins your 2.4GHz WiFi. Sit it on a shelf or fix it to the ceiling with the bracket and screws.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay a subscription?
No. Uniden includes 7 days of rolling cloud backup free, with no monthly fee or contract. Only motion recordings are uploaded, and you can also record to a microSD card up to 256GB. Longer cloud plans are optional.
Will it work on 5GHz WiFi?
No. The camera connects to 2.4GHz WiFi only. Uniden recommends at least 4Mbps of bandwidth for a smooth 2K live stream.
Can it see in the dark?
Yes. Infrared night vision works up to 10m in low light or complete darkness.
Can it be used outdoors?
It's an indoor camera, rated to operate from -20°C to +50°C. For outside, look at the App Cam SOLO X2K wire-free spotlight camera.
Does it work with voice assistants?
Yes. It works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, so you can view footage and control the camera by voice.
