  • Like New

    Equipment is at 95 to 99 percent of original condition with perfect glass. Only upon close inspections will slight wear be visible.

  • Excellent

    Equipment is at 80 to 94 percent of original condition. Items show moderate wear for their age and may have small dings or blemishes. Glass may have slight blemishes but will not affect picture quality.

  • Good

    Equipment is at 70 to 79 percent of original condition, ideal for bargain hunters. Items have more than average wear for the age of the item, and may have dents, dings, or finish loss. Glass may have marks or blemishes, but should not affect picture quality.

  • Poor

    Functioning equipment with significant cosmetic damage such as multiple impressions in metal, excessive finish loss, and brassing. Gear has been tested and deemed functional. Glass may have marks, fungus, and/or haze which will affect picture quality.

  • As Is

    Equipment may or may not work and is useable for parts only. No warranty is provided nor are returns allowed.

  1. Shipping

    Camera Solutions prioritizes prompt shipping and handling with all products. Depending on when your order is placed, we will get your item shipped out same day or the next business day.

    When it comes our products, there is nothing more important to us than ensuring items are safely received. With items that are valued over $150, we will ship with a signature required upon delivery. This practice is in place to protect customers from the high level of fraud experienced within the electronics industry. If you do not want the item shipped with a signature required, you will need to contact us directly.

    Camera Solutions will take care when packaging your item to ensure that it is well protected during the shipping process. However, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit. Should any issues arise, please contact Ebay customer service for further direction.

    Any items that are unable to be completed and are returned to sender will incur a $20 Return to Sender fee.

  2. Sales Tax

    Camera Solutions will apply sales tax per Ebay's policies and your state's laws and regulations.

  3. Return Policy

    Returns are available within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping, unless otherwise dictated by Ebay's terms. After 30 days from the date of purchase, all sales are considered final and nonrefundable.

    Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected. If the item is not returned in the same condition it was sent out in, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
