1. All orders are shipped from India within 2 working days once the payment is completed.
2. Delivery time is between 12 to 28 business days depending upon your destination. Prices charged are for economy courier service and if you want expedited service, please contact us to know the additional shipping charges.
3. Custom Duties/Taxes etc.:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs authority to determine these additional costs prior to making purchase. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up — please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Indian merchants are unable to mark merchandise values below actual purchase price or mark international parcels as "gifts" — Indian and international government regulations prohibit such practices.
4. We only ship your order to the eBay registered address given to us at the time you checkout on eBay. Please verify that this address is the correct one you wish to have your package sent to. If an address change is needed you will be responsible for any fees associated.

We use Registered Airmail service of India post. Please note that this is the economy service and have limited tracking facility.
