About Packing

We use reusable boxes and advertising newspapers as packing materials for our shipments in order to be ecological and to reduce costs = to lower the price of our products as much as possible. We appreciate your understanding.

- Normally, we ship within 3 to 5 business days after payment. - We ship from Japan with tracking number and compensation. - If you have purchased multiple items, we may be able to reduce shipping costs by shipping them together, so please feel free to contact us. Shipping Method Express delivery (with tracking number / estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days) Economy delivery (with tracking number / estimated delivery time: 8-23 business days)

For International Buyers

- Import duties, taxes and fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Before purchasing, please check with your country's customs office to see if there are any additional fees. - In some countries, customs may contact the buyer at the time of clearance. Therefore, please provide us with a phone number and e-mail address where we can contact you. If you do not respond to the customs contact, the goods may be forcibly returned to you. In this case, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
