Pro Neck bulldog stamped stem. Stem is in great shape. Someone lightly polished it. However it has a hole drilled through it. It looks to have been done a long time ago, I assume for freestyle. I cannot fill this and smooth it out without killing the bulldog stamp. So I'd rather pass it on to someone who doesn't mind.
