Box is not sealed. One half of the tape is broken, so one top flap is still sealed, but one is not. Item was acquired as part of a large collection purchase. Box shows some signs of wear due to the age of the item, but the boxes are all present with unopened packs. History of the item is unknown to me. Item will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
