The AX99100 is a single-chip solution that fully integrates a PCIe 2.0 Gen 1 endpoint controller, a SerDes, and a variety of peripherals. These peripherals include 2 high-speed serial ports, 1 parallel port, an I2C master, a high-speed SPI, a local bus (ISA-Like), and GPIOs.
It offers four main configurations to suit different application types: 2S (PCIe to Dual Serial), 2S + 1P (PCIe to Dual Serial and Single Parallel), 2S + SPI (PCIe to Dual Serial and SPI), and LB (PCIe to Local Bus/ISA-Like).
The AX99100 comes in a 68-pin QFN package and complies with RoHS standards. It supports an operating temperature range of 0 to 70°C for commercial grade and -40 to 85°C for industrial grade.
