Comes from a Well Maintained 12" Delta Model 46-700 Variable Speed Wood Lathe with a Cast iron Bed #434-08-006-2001 with a 1 1/2" Gap Between Bed Rails 

Wear and Tear Dust and dirt  minor rust and pitting but in Good working condition.
