Installation Notes：

Conventional installation process

Remove the old sensor → Install the new sensor → Connect the diagnostic instrument (such as VCDS/ODIS) → Clear the fault code → Road test to verify signal stability3.

Abnormal handling

If a fault code is reported after installation (such as P0106 intake pressure sensor performance problem), it is necessary to check the circuit or recalibrate the sensor zero point through the diagnostic instrument14


Fault codes and solutions

1. Volkswagen instrumentation shows Brake Boost Failure, Audi instrumentation shows Brake Servo System Function Restriction.

2. The decoder will show (C10A301) (C10A304) when it reads the fault code, and report the vacuum sensor short-circuit or malfunction, or the signal is not credible, usually the intake pressure sensor is damaged.

3. Check whether the sensor piping leakage, check whether the plug power supply is normal. If these two normal can be determined is the intake pressure sensor damage, replacement can be solved.
