SHIPPING TERMS

• We can ship only to the valid address on file with PayPal.
• For security reasons, we cannot change the address or redirect the package after payment has been made.
• We usually ship within 1 business day from receipt of payment. (If we do not ship then the only reason would be because payment was not cleared by PayPal)
• TRACKING NUMBER: For all orders, a tracking number will be uploaded to eBay. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated in FedEx/UPS/USPS system

POLICY

• All our items for sale are protected under 30 days return policy under the following conditions:
  (1) Refunds and exchanges may ONLY be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
  (2) DEFECTIVE: Any item that comes "dead on Arrival" (DOA) or shows any manufacturer defects within 30 days will be replaced with a new unit. If a refund instead of a replacement is desired, a restocking fee will be applied.
  (3) CUSTOMER REMORSE: Any item that is returned non-defective in new condition will be refunded less any shipping charges and a restocking fee of 20%. Even when a free shipping is offered, we still need to pay for shipping, and in case of returns original shipping & handling charges paid by us will be deducted.
  (4) Once you have contacted us, the item must be returned within 7 days and must include all accessories in new condition original packaging without any damages or scratches.
  Please be certain that the item you are purchasing will fit your needs before placing your order. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy.

  Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Unless specified in the listing, our phones are international and cover warranty in their country of origin. We advise our customers to buy a warranty through CPS, Consumer Priority Service, etc which is a third party warranty provider.
