Rare US sell-through VHS tape, released in 1992 by Something Weird Video, 

NB - to the uninitiated, SWV specialized in releasing the weird and wonderful and incredibly rare on VHS back in the 1990s. The slicks were photocopy colourful, the prints were usually poor and the recording standards for mail-order bizarre, but they were what they were and they are what they still are.
