For sale are 3 "REPUBLIC OF LIBERIA" coins with "CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY" papers.  Plastic cases have dirty/ stained spots and scuffs.  COAs have surface tears, creases.  Coins (in hard cases) were stored near/ touching the COA's and were stuck together leaving ink stains and missing ink writings.  Includes:
