Seit vielen Jahren hat PatheWings ein Interesse an vibroakustischen Prozessen, besonders die Identifikation von vibroakustischer Energiedurchdringung, einschließlich der Charakterisierung ihrer Quellen und die effektive Beseitigung von Vibrationen, Pulsationen oder ungewollten Resonanzen. Über 5 Jahre hinweg haben wir unsere Leidenschaft und Erfahrung genutzt, um ein weiteres einzigartiges Produkt von PatheWings zu entwickeln und anzubieten.
Plattentellerauflage PW-RM 4KNF-B wurde während der Testung von verschieden Materialien entwickelt, wobei die Materialien mit den besten vibrationsdämpfenden Eigenschaften ausgesucht wurden.
Die verwendeten Materialien sind:
Granulatstücke eines speziell gehärteten, natürlichen Gummis, wobei bei der Herstellung eine große Anzahl Luftpolster zwischen den einzelnen Stücken entsteht.
Kork, verbunden mit natürlichem Gummi, speziell für PatheWings in Portugal hergestellt Weicher und hochwertiger Filz aus einer führenden deutschen Produktion
Es wird besonderen Wert darauf gelegt, dass alle verwendeten Produkte aus 100% nachhaltigen Materialien bestehen und in umweltschonender Produktion hergestellt werden.
Diese Kombination aus verschiedenen Materialien, führt dazu, dass unser PW-RM 4KNF-B effektiv sowohl für das menschliche Ohr wahrnehmbare, als auch nicht wahrnehmbare Schwingungen, Resonanzen und Pulsationen eliminiert.

In the design process and during the development of that product, we assumed both, a reduction of vibrations that occur on a turntable platter and maximal reduction of vibrations which arising from the conduct of a turntable needle in the groove of a gramophone record. After many months of testing it with acoustic industry representatives and scientific workers, we have developed new and innovative Record Mate. Through the use of appropriate components and strict production process we have the opportunity to present Record Mat 4KNF-B, which is combining extreme good vibrations absorption and amazing acoustic experience.
The result of applying PW-RM 4KNF-B is the perfect connection between the vinyl record and turntable platter. Enables better sound quality while playing the music. PW-RM 4KNF-B adhere closely to the vinyl record which suppresses the resonances arising and creates a quiet background. PW-RM 4KNF-B improves the sound quality of every turntable.

All our mats are made from natural products. In view of the natural environment, the products of which manufacture our mats are certified by stating that they come only from certified cork forests, have been produced based on sustainable forest management and in accordance with environmental standards, for example, such as the NP EN ISO 14001 - see photo.
All our products are cork or combination of a cork with natural rubber has been specially produced for PatheWings in Portugal.
