We send products by FedEx, DHL or Japan post. We will attach the tracking number. *We choose the shipping company depending on the location and package. If you need to choose shipping company, there will be an additional charge. Shipping is only available to the address registered in eBay. Please note that any address not registered in eBay is not acceptable to ship. And also, if you order to change the address during the shipping, there will be another fee and buyers owe that even if it is free shipping transaction. Shipping is available from Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays in Japan are not available to do shipping because transportation companies do not work.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is different from what is described in the product description.

As a rule, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. If you received free shipping service when you placed your order, you will be charged for the restocking fee and the shipping fee from Japan to the buyer. The shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. (100 USD)
