Genuine GM NOS directional signal cancelling cam assembly w/tilt steering column / wheel option.   GM 399294.  This part is long discontinued.  Various Buick Chevrolet GMC Oldsmobile Pontiac vehicle applications in 1967 thru 1972 ONLY.  This part has been in GM dealer storage for an extended period of time.  Expect various cosmetic issues including cosmetic tarnish, scuffs, dust, stains, and superficial cosmetic oxidation or corrosion (see photos).
