Description:
The DM860A is a new generation of high performance digital stepper motor drivers. It uses 32-bit DSP technology and the latest digital PID control algorithms, using embedded calculus control technology. It can effectively reduce the noise and vibration during motor operation, and has the characteristics of low noise, low vibration and low temperature rise.

The driver voltage is AC 24-80V, suitable for two-phase hybrid stepping motor of various models with current of 6.0A. There are 16 kinds of microstep subdivision (the maximum fine fraction 1/256 step is 51200 steps/rev); its reference working current range is 2.0A-6.0A, and the output current has 8 files; it has automatic semi-flow, self-test, Protection functions such as overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent.

Application: Suitable for all kinds of large automation equipment and instruments. For example: labeling machine, cutting machine, packaging machine, plotter, engraving machine, CNC machine tool, etc.

Why does the indicator turn red?
- Reason A: The motor cable is short-circuited.
- Resolution: Check or replace the motor wire.

- Reason B: It is out of the operating voltage range.
- Resolution: Adjust the voltage to the working voltage range.
