Original 1920s German cigarette card from the Eckstein-Halpaus Rarität series titled “Die Nachkriegszeit”. This card (No. 114, dated June 1927) depicts a pioneering aviator with flying goggles, leather coat, and parachute harness standing confidently before his aircraft. It commemorates the first America–Germany transatlantic flight in June 1927, inspired by Lindbergh’s fame.
