A quality pair of bearpaw snowshoes with steam-bent hardwood frames, rawhide (sinew) decking, and leather bindings to attach to boots. The back of one binding is stamped, "C.A. Lund & Company  US."  Each snowshoe is marked "W.B." (previous owner's initials).  Measures ~28" (l) x ~13" (w) x ~1" (d).

A fabulous pair of authentic wood and rawhide (sinew) snowshoes in the Bearpaw style. Little or no evidence of prior use.  The wood frames and crossbars have no splits, breaks, or splinters. The rawhide webbing is in near perfect condition with no tears or breaks.  Totally functional.  Hang them in your den or prop them up in a corner---a wonderful way to  incorporate some nostalgic charm!
