Takenobu Igarashi's TI-1 stainless cutlery is a fusion of traditional Japanese handcraftsmanship and modern design.
The timelessly contemporary and simple design is not only easy to use, but also gives an element of “play” to the dining table, giving rise to an indescribable urge to “try to cook a dish that goes well with this cutlery”.
The cutlery for baby food is also recommended as a gift for birthdays and for families with weaning children.
In 1990, it won the Good Design Award, and in 1993, it won the German iF competition and was selected as a MoMA design store product.
It was exhibited at the “KATACHI” exhibition in Germany in 2007.
