 Valvoline ® Heavy Duty VALPLES EP 2 Grease 

  •        Valvoline™ ValPlex EP 2 Grease is a NLGI, No.2

  •                            Lithium Complex grease 

  •    containing a non-lead E.P (Extreme Pressure) additive,

  •              together with oxidation and rust inhibitors. 


  •           Valvoline™ ValPlex EP 2 Grease is suitable for

  •   extended lubrication intervals of vehicle chassis points

  •  also for wheel bearings (both drum and disc brake equipped)

  •                               in Passenger Cars

  •                                       Trucks, 

  •                     Farm & Earthmoving Equipment 

  •                          Bobcat ® Pivot Pins & Bushes 

  •                            and Marine Applications. 

  •     It is particularly recommended for fifth wheel applications.


    Valvoline™ ValPlex EP 2 Grease provides superior protection

                   to heavy construction equipment and provides

                                  excellent wear protection, 

           particularly in oscillating bucket pins and universal joints. 

                                 It is also recommended for 

                                  ball, roller and slow speed,

          heavily loaded plain bearings under all service conditions.


                  It is suitable for use in all anti-friction and also 

                 plain bearings subjected to high load conditions.

                        EP-2 greases have a NLGI grade of 2,

                      Penetrating Value Between 265 and 295

                         Suitable for applications that require

                            a thicker and more solid grease.

                    Provides better resistance to high pressures

                            and better stay-in-place properties.






                               CAUTION !


                                  Do not mix Greases. 

                 Ensure that all bearings and housings are 

                   thoroughly washed out before repacking.

         Repack in accordance with with acceptable practices

               recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
