Earthenware pot eco cover Large Blue from Hasegawaen a heat insulation cover for a 5-gō 4-gō or 3-gō size kamado-san (cooker). Kitchen equipment interior functional earthenware Iga-yaki ABT-66.

Simply placing it on top enhances the heat retention of the earthen pot keeping the rice and dishes inside warm. To make it blend seamlessly in the kitchen and dining table we used 100% cotton blue fabric for the outer layer emphasizing its resistance to visible stains. The larger size is suitable for 5-cup 4-cup and 3-cup rice cooking pots while the smaller size is perfect for 2-cup and 1-cup pots.

For rice cookers like "kamadosan" use it after the steaming process is finished. For other types of earthen pots use it after residual heat cooking is completed (approximately 20 minutes later). However do not use it for empty cooking as the pot may become excessively hot risking fire ignition of the eco cover.
