Working 20 lb. hanging merchant scale, with adjustment to the needle calibration needed, two pounds off., which would account for the basket and chain weight. Weight spring is good and appears to be accurate. Some enameling on the face is worn. Rustic cast iron antique, only been gently cleaned, a good oiling would be helpful in removing rust and some blue paint spatters on the top. No chains and basket. About 11-3/4 inches from top ring to bottom ring, 6-5/8 inches across the widest point. Adjustment screw located on the top. I have never tried to turn it. 1-5/8 inches deep.
