Mido "Booth" model with teardrop lugs and a barrel style case. There's no information on the production of these, but the only other example l've seen is that surfaced is a white dial version that has a seven digit serial number that's off from mine by less than 700 in series.
Cal. 717 is the second smallest bumper automatic in history.
