Cover with entire letter on MMD watermarked paper, from John Weever in Milltown 17th April 1790, to Counsellor O’Kelly in Brussels; POST PAID in circle; AP 27 90 double ring in brown.  Letter in English with (apparently) a reply in French pasted inside.  Letter mentions education, “all are sent to Colleges into England or to Dublin”, Rev Dennis O’Farrell, etc.
