Vtg 1984 Larry Laslo Towle SUGAR BOWL & CREAMER Art Deco Silver Plate Brass

Gorgeous set of 2 replacement pieces for the original 3 piece tea set designed by Larry Laslo for Towle.

This is the sugar bowl with two handles and lid, and the creamer with handle and spout.

These pieces are heavy! The sugar bowl weighs over 1 pound and 7 ounces while the creamer weighs 13.5 ounces!

Both could use a good polishing - you can see the silver plating in good condition on the inside of the sugar bowl where it hasn't oxidized.

I believe these are meant to be two toned with the ridges/stripes and handles in brass and the rest in a polished silver.

Each still has the Laslo for Towle mark on the bottom and the Burdines department store price sticker showing $190 original price each.
