These pants have a 2" wide stretchy waistband with five belt loops and just pull up. They have a nonfunctional fly and standard pockets like jeans. The back has functional pockets. The waistband measures 42" and stretch 50". The hips measure approximately 52" and the inseam measures 31.5". From the crotch to the top of the front of the waistband measures 13" and the back from the crotch to the top of the back of the waistband measures 19".  These pants are black and white in color in a herringbone pattern. The tag states they are double knit, comfort waist and have a slimming look. They are Stella Baby Boot Leg.  They are made of 85% polyester, 13% rayon and 2% spandex. These pants are machine wash/tumble dry and are new with the $49 tags attached.
