1.The measure reading is not accurate?

For get more accurate result,please follow these tips:

• Sit still for five minutes before measurement.
• Be seated in a chair with back support.
• Put your arms out in front of the table with your palms up and your fingers soft.
• Place a towel between the elbow and the sphygmomanometer to keep the arm stable.
• Keep the sphygmomanometer at the same height as the heart.
• Attention: Repeated measurement will lead to congestion of the wrist and affect the measurement results. Improvement method: raise the left hand and shake the fist several times, or take off the cuff and rest for at least 4-5 minutes before measurement.
• Average value for the last three records.

2.What does the error message on the screen indicate and how to deal with it?

• When error 1 is displayed, the sensor signal is abnormal, indicating that the component is damaged and cannot be measured, please tell us for processing.
• When error 2 is displayed, please tighten the cuff and measure again.
• When error 3 is displayed, please keep your arm or body still and measure again.
• When error 4 is displayed, it means the cuff is too loose or air leakage, please tighten the cuff and measure again.
• When error 5 is displayed, the cuff is too tight or the air circuit is blocked, adjust the cuff and measure again.
• When error 6 is displayed, it means serious pressure interference during measurement, please hold your arm or body still and measure again.
• When error 7 is displayed, it means the pressure value exceeds 295mmHg (39.33Kpa), please remeasure.

3.How to delete the old records?

• When viewing the memory, press and hold the [MEM] key while holding down the [START / STOP] key for 2 seconds. When the screen displays all "-", the memory will be deleted.
• Attention: Memory deletion is to delete all measurement data under one user at a time.
