Stated "First Edition," but better thought of as the first trade edition, after the signed, limited first published in 1935 by the Alcestis Press, though Edelstein simply refers to it as the "second edition." In Edelstein's second state "rose" paper binding (250 copies thus), with title label at spine. 

Binding is sound. Some foxing to endpapers and page edges. A few scuffs to paper label, covers have some general soiling and a scuff to back--see photos.
