Return Policy for Sealed Items:

1. Unopened returns are accepted if the item is still in its original unopened condition.

2. If the item arrives damaged, including cases where the seal is broken due to shipping impact, a video taken upon receipt is required showing the damaged shipping box, the process of opening the box, and the damaged item inside.

3. If you choose to open a sealed collectible yourself, returns are only accepted when there is a demonstrable issue with the item inside and must be supported by a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed condition and the full opening process.
