You are looking at a really nice Fork & KNIFE from Thailand.  Both have Buddha engraving on end of item. One has a beautiful wood Handle. One is marked SBF SIAM THAILAND. They appear to be made of a brass type gold tone material. They both measure 6" long. They are pretty old I would say early 1900's approx.  Please see photos.
