According to previous owner, this book was signed at "book signing in AHA October 2005, Flamingo, Las Vegas. Sections of the dust cover have been stapled to the i side of the pages, and rhe previous owner has also written and placed stickers in the book...(see photos). The book is structurally in great shape.
