A fine example of the Enicar Sherpa Super-Dive 600, produced in the 1960s and housed in the famous EPSA Super-Compressor Brevet case (patent 314962). This reference sits at the very heart of Enicar’s tool-watch heritage, pairing professional dive capability with the brand’s distinctive Sherpa styling.

The Sherpa Super-Dive 600 is one of the most collectible models from Enicar’s golden age, representing both serious dive-watch engineering and distinctive mid-century design. Fully original examples like this are increasingly difficult to source

The stainless steel case measures 40 mm excluding the crowns, with sharp lugs and clear engravings on the screw-down bayonet caseback. Both original  crowns are present and correctly signed, operating smoothly to set the time and control the internal rotating bezel.

The matte black dial remains fully original, with bold rectangular markers and intact tritium lume that has aged to a warm caramel tone. Hands are likewise original with matching tritium, and the date at 3 o’clock sits in its correct red-tipped window. The inner rotating bezel is complete and legible. The acrylic crystal shows light wear consistent with age.
