Colors: We use the available color selections provided by eBay or the manufacturer. Any additional color description is a courtesy to our customers and are colors as we visually see them only. Please note item colors may appear to be different due to lighting, resolution, and your specific viewing device. For this reason, color discrepancy or difference does not warrant an item not as described claim but can still be returned as per our return policy. The photos shown are of the exact item you are purchasing. 

Descriptions: We take great care in describing our products in our eBay listings. If you have a question that is not answered there, please contact us, prior to purchasing. We are happy to provide any additional information or pictures to help you make a better-informed purchasing decision.

Measurements: All measurements are approximate. Items are measured lying flat and sold per actual measurements in addition to sizing from brand, manufacturer, or designer. Please review item description and measurements carefully on clothing to ensure a good fit.

Cleaning: Preowned clothing items are laundered in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. Dry clean only items are processed using dry cleaning chemicals and may or may not have dry cleaning tags attached. Items new with tags/without tags are steam sanitized. These processes are a great expense for our business, but our customers are worth it!

Storage: All items are stored, packed, and shipped from a smoke free, pet free business. We do not have control over the items you purchase or what conditions they may be exposed to after leaving our warehouse.

Shipping: Shipping can be combined on two or more items. Just add them to your cart and follow the eBay payment prompts. Original shipping is not refunded on returns as this money was paid to the carrier for your original shipment. Buyer pays for return shipping.

Damages: All items are inspected at least twice before being listed for sale and then again prior to shipment. However, we are human, and may miss something or the item may have been damaged during transit. All damages must be reported within 48 hours. Pictures of the damage must be submitted, and all manufacturers' tags must be attached as originally shipped for the item to be eligible for return authorization.

Returns: We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, return requests are accepted within 14 days of item receipt, where applicable. All items must be returned by the designated eBay return date in the condition they were originally shipped. We inspect all returned items. All manufacturer's & Replay Resale tags must be attached, as originally shipped to you, for the item to be eligible for return authorization. The return must include any/all manufacturer's packaging, tags, dust bags, etc. as sent in original shipment. Pictures may be requested, in advance, to validate return eligibility. Items returned without the manufacturer’s or Replay Resale tags attached, as originally shipped, or not in the same condition as shipped, will have refund amounts reduced at our discretion, up to the allowable eBay limit. Items returned without prior authorization through the eBay system will not be processed and no refund will be issued.
