The following is my summary when examining the conditions of games:

Very good: Minimal surface scratches on the disc and the case itself is in good condition which may include small cosmetic damage to case. 

Good: Increased number of surface scratches on the disc. Case itself is in good condition which may include medium cosmetic damage to the case.

Acceptable: The game still works, but has obvious signs of significant scratches on the disc. Case may also have significant cosmetic damage. 

If there are any redeemable codes usually included with a game, please assume they have already been used. Please check photos to determine whether a manual is included.

Canadian buyer's have the option of sending the item via lettermail (no tracking but cheaper), or Expediated Parcel (tracking). Please note that if you elect for lettermail it may be a prolonged duration before you receive the item.
