You can also start a return request from your Purchases in My eBay. Find the item in your Purchases - opens in new window or tab. Tap on More actions, then select Return the item. Select your reason for the return and enter a comment about why you're returning it.

If you would like for us to add a signature confirmation to your package please let us know before paying for the item so we can send you an updated invoice. There will be a one time added charge of 2.65 to your purchase. 

There will be a 15% restocking fee for items that are returned due to the customer just not wanting the item (we must be notified within the 30 day return period). We do cover the return shipping cost
