Please note, this laptop has two USB-C ports, both of these allow charging of the laptop, one of these ports is faulty and does not charge the laptop. You can still charge via the other port and use for data transfer. The port will have a USB-C cover.

There will also be minor wear marks on the laptop, these will be on the lid, chassis, screen or keyboard, these will be minor and wont affect the performance of the laptop.

If you have an issue with your item within the first 30 days, simply contact us and we will collect and replace your item.

After 30 days, if you have an issue please contact us via the eBay message centre and we will arrange for you to return the laptop to us.

Conditions of return for items after 30 days.

• Please keep the original box and packing in case you need to return anything to us.
• Return postage after 30 days is paid by the buyer.
• Items damaged during return cannot be repaired or replaced, so please ensure the item is insured against loss or damage with the courier you choose.
• If an item cannot be repaired we will replace with a like for like item.
• We use liquid indicators on our devices, if we see that an item has liquid damage, the 1 year warranty is no longer valid, this also applies to physical damage or damage caused by 3rd party upgrades.
• Laptop batteries are not covered by the 1 year return to base warranty, batteries degrade over time so cannot be covered, we can however supply and help install batteries if required.
• The warranty is for the hardware itself not the software installed, we cannot replace or repair items based upon software issues such as incompatibility.
• If you do have an issue with the software on the device such as the OS. We can re-install the latest supported OS for that device (OS Compatibility changes over time) we do recommend you backup your data first before returning to us.
