We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday) and confirmation of fitment of parts for your vehicle.

Most orders are with you within 1-3 working days.

We may occasionally list products which are special order items and therefore dispatch time will be slightly longer, if this is the case then we will contact you to advise of expected delivery date.

All deliveries are made by courier and will require a signature. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.

We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout as we can only send to the registered address on file. This is an eBay policy.

For orders cancelled after despatch you must follow our returns procedure. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.

Orders Delayed/Missing in Transit

We promise we'll do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the time-frame specified. Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.

What do I do if I have not received my delivery?

Please call us or send a message via eBay messages and we'll get back to you quickly with a response and tracking information.

What happens if I'm not at home to accept delivery?

If you are not available to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect the parcel, please follow the instructions on the card.

Before you would like to return an item please contact us through ebay messages to see if we can help.

If you need to return an item, please start you return in ebay. You can return your unused or incorrect item(s), they must be in the original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped and packaged securely .

You must include a copy of ebay return slip. Failure to do so will delay your refund. Any used items cannot be returned unless faulty.

They Buyer is responsible for all return costs. We will also charge a 15% restock fee on all returns that have no fault.

The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our returns procedure unless the item returned has a fault.

Midland Lamps & Panels Ltd will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit.

Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion and a refund maybe refused if items sent back have been packaged inadquetly or differ in condition to the item we have sent out.

Any damages must be reported to us ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY for us to raise any claims with our courier, if damage is visible to the outside of the box, please inspect the item at the point of delivery and if found to have damage, please reject the delivery or sign as damaged. 

Any claims made after our return window will be dismissed for a claim.
