For sale is a "VICTOR PAT. OCT. 27, 1903" belt drive (no belt included) mechanism- may be some kind of massage type tool?  Untested and selling as is (and not really sure what it is).  Likely is not complete.  Has broken/ cracked collar piece, dirty spots, scuffs, scrapes.

About 55" long overall with wrapped cable/ coil/ wire with some torn and cut covering.  One end are pulleys and a table/ bench mount.  Can be turned to make roller part on other end rotate. Handle end is wood with brass housing (marked "1664").  Collar has a crack. Removable brass cover exposes roller device (turns with pulley). Does have some oil/ grease leak.
