Super cute vintage cloche hat by Emm & Co. from the 1920s or 30s. Sturdy though not flimsy or floppy. Cute on. A few minor spots consistent with age - see photos. Measures 21 inches around so a tight fit for me but still nice as a top hat. Measures 11 x 9 and 6 inches high so definitely a statement hat.
