Large gates are a common feature both on the railway and in the countryside. Often access is required by a large vehicle (or herd of cattle) to areas that are usually fenced off. This large farm gate from Langley is ideal for modelling such a feature and can even be used to convincingly portray the entrance to a private siding.

This model of a large five-bar farm gate is cast from white metal and doesn't require assembly but will need painting. Two gate posts are supplied in the pack along with a gate brace should you choose to fit it.

The gate measures 60mm across (including posts) and has a height of 30mm (50mm including the brace support post).
