+Cold Use:Freeze in plastic bag for 3 hours before use.
Warm Use: Thaw before use. Do NOT put frozen product directly into microwave. Remove from packaging. Microwave on low for 15 second increments until product reaches desired temperature
(NOTE: times may vary based on microwave wattage)
Check temperature for comfort before wearing.
If desired temperature, place over the sole of foot and gently wrap the upper and lower straps adjusting for fit.
