7743 police command center is missing command tower. Comes with all the figurines, and police’s vehicles. Rescue chopper seems to be complete. However, I’m not the original owner of neither piece and both were built when I acquired them so I’m not 100% on everything that’s missing. Assume neither piece is 100% complete and may be missing small pieces.
